We use FedEx (International shipping) and the Trinidad & Tobago Postal Service (TTPost) for domestic shipping. After you have selected your products and are ready for checkout, you will be presented with a number of options for shipping. Assuming that the Internet and the appropriate shipping calculations web site are available at the time of your order, your shipping costs will be calculated immediately and added to your total. If these functions are not available during checkout, your shipping costs will be totalled at the time your order is packaged. We will then attempt to e-mail you the total cost of your shipping.
Most orders are packaged and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. To determine when you will receive your order, you need to calculate the time for delivery based on the shipping option you chose at checkout then add one day. For example, if you select FedEx and the items is in stock at the time of your order, your expected shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 2 days + 3 to 7 days shipping time. So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 4 to 8 days after you place your order.
All order placed on the weekends and Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
In the event that your item backorders we will attempt to contact you to notify you of this if we expect your order to be delayed by more than 2 days. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Purchases are returnable within 30-days of delivery. IF they are in like new, resalable condition. Please call us or e-mail us before returning any item so that we can advise you of appropriate shipping instructions and give you an authorization number. This will insure that the return is handled rapidly and efficiently.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition including: packaging, manuals, security seals, etc.
If, your package is damaged upon receipt, please call us immediately so that we can ship a replacement. We'll handle any claim with the carrier.
Write your return authorization number on the outside of the package.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.
